Northern Australia experiences a tropical climate and southern Australia a more moderate one. The weather can vary from below zero temperatures in the snow-capped mountains to as much as fifty degree’s Celsius. In a large amount of the country there are seasonal highs and lows, meaning there is a wide range of temperatures.

Australia has many sights to see, including The Great Barrier Reef, the worlds largest reef system spreading over 2,600 km with roughly 900 islands. It is larger than The Great Wall of China and estimated to be about six to eight thousand years old. This is a truly remarkable natural wonder that should definitely be visited. On The Great Barrier Reef live 400 types of coral, 1500 different species of fish, ad large populations of dugongs. This is just one of the many amazing sites to see in Australia, others include the Sydney Harbour Bridge, Kakadu National Park, and Kangaroo Island.
